A first block of destinations we would take over end to end, with the delivery rules, the cut-off times across all three time zones, and the bouquet range priced so that FloraQueen keeps 40% on every line without changing a single price on its own site. Further destinations are added month by month from here.
Before anything new, the two markets we run for you today. On the left what you pay us, on the right what you publish, and the margin that leaves you. Set the checkout fee you add and the margin recalculates on the revenue you actually collect.

Classic size. Published prices read from your own USA and Canada collection pages in August 2026.
The destination is your whole florist-delivered volume. What follows is the schedule for getting there without either side absorbing a shock. No operation of this size moves in one step, and the pace protects the markets we already run for you as much as the new ones.
USA and Canada continue as they are. The other eleven go live in one block, with the rules set out in the table.
Eight to twelve destinations per block, chosen together. Each block opens once the previous settlement cycle has closed on time.
A named contact on our side for every incident, with a first response inside two working hours and a resolution path opened the same day.
At this pace your entire florist-delivered map sits with us inside the year, market by market, with nothing moved before it is ready.
Priced the same way and on the same principle. You keep your published prices, we bill you ours.

Delivery is charged separately at €12.90 and is yours in full, which is why it sits inside the margin figures above.
Across the Americas we deliver same day on a 13:00 local cut-off. Everywhere else the service is next day, with the order reaching us by 03:00 local time on the delivery date itself. Because that cut-off falls in the small hours locally, it lands late in your working day in Barcelona, which is what makes it comfortable: for Norway you can keep taking orders until 03:00 Barcelona time on the morning of delivery. Each row converts the cut-off into your time and ours.
